Order and delivery support

Contact our UK perfume customer support team for help with an order, delivery update or tracking question. Include your full name, email address and order number in your message.

If your parcel tracking shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, check around your property, with other household members and in any nominated safe place before contacting us.

Fragrance advice

Not sure which scent to choose? Tell us which perfumes, fragrance families or notes you normally enjoy. Our team can recommend suitable men’s fragrances, women’s perfumes and unisex fragrances from the Fragrance Locker range.

We can also help you choose between fresh, woody, floral, fruity, sweet, vanilla, aquatic and oud-based scents.

Returns and damaged orders
