Fragrance Locker Refund & Returns Policy
At Fragrance Locker, we want you to love your scent. But if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns Window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, in the same condition as received.

It must be returned in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required (e.g. order number or receipt).
Non-returnable items
Due to hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened fragrance bottles

Gift cards
-
Digital downloads
-
Personal care items

Custom bundles or sample sets
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

Returned item is not in original condition

Missing components not due to our error

Return is requested more than 30 days after delivery (subject to review)
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email of your refund approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, email sales@fragrancelocker.co.uk with your order number and photos (if applicable).
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase:

You’ll receive a gift credit once your return is received.

If the gift was sent to the purchaser, the refund will go back to them.
Return Shipping
To return your product, get in touch with us and we’ll provide you with a shipping address.

We’ll provide you with a shipping label

We recommend using a trackable service for returns.
